Well folks, tomorrow’s the day! Or should I say today’s the day since it’s 1:00AM EST. I can’t sleep because I’m so excited for my vendor event that’s happening in just a few short hours!
When I attended Halloween on Central back in October of 2024, I was stationed at the Grand Central District. At first, I was hesitant. I thought maybe if I was on the other side of the overpass, a little closer to downtown, I’d have more luck with sales. Something told me to sit tight and stay where I was, and boy am I glad I did.
I was invited by Danielle Sheffey, District Coordinator, to return to the Grand Central District Christmas market almost immediately after the closing of Halloween on Central. She was so impressed with my wreaths, she said we absolutely HAVE to have you there! She even blessed me with spot #1 which is right across from the cocktail lounge directly in front of Grand Central Brewhouse.
For those of you who don’t know, Grand Central Brewhouse was kind enough to host my wreath Make-and-Take last Sunday with yogi guru, Crystal Kage. We had an outstanding turnout, and everyone had so much fun stretching out to yoga and decorating wreaths. I just realized I forgot to upload the pictures! So I will definitely be adding those here shortly.
There’s an important lesson in all this – and it’s that these blessings might not have transpired if I had moved locations at Halloween on Central. The universe works in mysterious ways, and it’s a gentle reminder that God’s plan is always bigger than ours. I am overwhelmed with gratitude and I thank God everyday for the blessings He has brought into my life.
I asked to be busy, to have consistent orders, to experience abundance, and to be successful. He has provided time and time again – and I won’t stop now! I still have a long way to go, but looking at where I started, and where I’m at now, I am amazed with my progress along this journey, and I give all the grace and glory to God.
I’ll see you all tomorrow at the Grand Central District Christmas Market. Look for the wreaths! I have a suprise for all of you waiting there.
