One Extraordinary Home. One Beautiful Holiday Transformation.

Bay Area Wreath Company is searching for one exceptional Tampa Bay residence to become the setting for our inaugural Holiday Showcase.

There’s something magical about a home dressed for Christmas.

The sweeping elegance of garland cascading down a staircase. The warmth of a beautifully styled fireplace. A welcoming entryway that captures the spirit of the season before guests even step inside.

These are the details that transform holiday decorating into an experience.

And this Christmas, we’re bringing that vision to life in one very special home.

An Invitation to Tampa Bay Homeowners

As Bay Area Wreath Company expands its luxury residential decorating services, we’re creating a signature traditional Christmas collection to showcase our approach to holiday design.

Rich evergreens. Classic Christmas reds. Warm metallic golds. Beautifully layered ribbons and carefully selected accents.

Timeless, sophisticated, and designed to make an entrance.

Rather than staging this collection in a photography studio, we’d love to bring it into a real home—somewhere it can be enjoyed throughout the holiday season.

We’re inviting one Tampa Bay homeowner to participate in a complimentary holiday decorating collaboration.

The selected residence will receive professional holiday styling featuring our signature traditional Christmas collection, with the installation remaining in place through the holiday season.

In exchange, Bay Area Wreath Company will photograph and film the completed installation for our professional portfolio, website, and marketing materials.

The Home We’re Looking For

We’re searching for a residence with beautiful architectural character and spaces that lend themselves to an elegant holiday transformation.

Our ideal showcase home features:

• A statement staircase with an attractive banister suitable for dramatic holiday garland.
• A beautiful fireplace and mantel that can serve as the centerpiece of a coordinated Christmas display.
• An inviting entryway with a front door suitable for a statement holiday wreath.
• Neutral or complementary interiors that allow a traditional red, evergreen, and gold Christmas palette to shine.

Homes in Belleair, Clearwater, Palm Harbor, Tampa, Davis Islands, Avila, and surrounding Tampa Bay communities are encouraged to apply.

While we’d love to find a home with all three features, exceptional residences with particularly beautiful architectural details will also be considered.

What The Selected Homeowner Receives

The chosen homeowner will enjoy a professionally designed and installed holiday collection, thoughtfully styled to complement their home’s architecture.

Design and installation will be complimentary for this special portfolio collaboration.

The collection will remain in place throughout the agreed holiday display period, allowing the homeowner to enjoy the finished design during Christmas celebrations and gatherings.

At the conclusion of the showcase, the homeowner will have the opportunity to purchase the collection if they wish to keep it. Otherwise, Bay Area Wreath Company will arrange for its removal.

There is no obligation to purchase.

A Little More About the Project

This is a curated creative collaboration, not a traditional decorating giveaway.

Our goal is to create an extraordinary holiday installation that demonstrates how thoughtfully designed seasonal décor can transform a residential space.

The selected homeowner must be comfortable allowing photography and video of the completed installation for commercial portfolio and promotional use.

Specific design elements, installation dates, photography arrangements, and collection details will be discussed and agreed upon before the project begins.
